故障及解決方法:
一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)加荷時(shí),指針顫動或時(shí)走時(shí)停
1、離合器齒輪磨損:需要修理或更換。
2、摩擦盤的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損:需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。
3、操縱手柄移位:調(diào)整操縱手柄,使其與牙槽配合好。
二、更換擺砣時(shí)指針不回零
1、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)安裝不水平:用水平儀把試驗(yàn)機(jī)調(diào)整水平。
2、擺錘不垂直:只掛A砣。調(diào)整平衡砣,使之垂直。
三、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)擺錘回位太快或太慢
1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當(dāng):調(diào)整緩沖閥到適當(dāng)位置。
2、液壓油黏度過低或過高:液壓油黏度過低時(shí)擺錘回落快,黏度高時(shí)回落慢.應(yīng)更換適當(dāng)黏度的液壓油。
3、緩沖閥內(nèi)、油管內(nèi)或液壓油有臟污:清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。
四、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)指針回零滯怠或不穩(wěn)定
1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污:清洗或更換軸承。
2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合:校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動部件。
3、緩沖閥內(nèi)有臟污:清洗緩沖閥。
五、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)示值正偏差
1、短臂刀刃有松動:把刀刃緊牢。
2、擺砣偏輕:給砣配重(要兼顧A、B、C砣的重量)。
六、示值負(fù)偏差zui主要原因是各部件之間的摩擦阻力過大
1、指針軸承、擺軸軸承和測力傳動部件摩擦阻力過大:主要是調(diào)整、清洗軸承及測力傳動部件.消除不正常的摩擦阻力。
