由電腦控制，是我公司自主研發(fā)的全新第三代介電擊穿檢測儀器，電子控制系統(tǒng)是通過西門子PLC控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過光電隔離，有效解決試驗過程中的抗干擾問題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠?qū)崟r顯示動態(tài)曲線，同時升壓速率無級可調(diào)，可以根據(jù)自己的需要進行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié)，調(diào)節(jié)范圍在10V-5000V/S，處于國內(nèi)地位（國內(nèi)*能達到此功能的廠家），使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。可實時繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)。

四、儀器特點：

1、本儀器在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成，試驗結(jié)束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。

GB1408電壓擊穿試驗儀產(chǎn)品概述：

  符合GB/T1695-2005硫化橡膠工頻電壓擊穿強度和耐電壓強度試驗GB/T 1408-2006 絕緣材料電氣強度試驗方法 GB/T3333 電覽紙工頻電壓擊穿試驗方法 HG/T 3330絕緣漆漆膜擊穿強度測定法 GB12656 電容器紙工頻電壓擊穿試驗方法及ASTM D149 標準要求.主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試。

高壓擊穿設(shè)備安全說明：

◇ 試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱
壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
◇ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
◇ 該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
◇ 直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接
拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
◇ 試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。
